Made first time appointment and was assigned to his partner / associate. Needed a tooth pulled. I was confronted with an arrogant , high sales pressured Mr. Kroeger, who thought his insults toward me were funny. Mr. Kroeger may no longer be part of the business, but the high bill and obnoxious will stay with me forever. Maybe he should have never been hired as a Dentist.
